Terry and the Pirates (1940) follows the thrilling adventures of Dr. Herbert Lee, an archaeologist on a mission to decode ancient Mara inscriptions. Accompanied by his son Terry, Terry’s loyal friend Pat Ryan, and the resourceful Normandie Drake, they navigate the treacherous jungles and face numerous challenges. Meanwhile, the ruthless jungle pirate and warlord Fang (Dick Curtis) has a sinister plan to assassinate The Dragon Lady, the Queen of the Temple of Mara, and claim the treasures of her ancestors for himself. Both Fang and The Dragon Lady have vowed to eliminate any foreign intruders, setting the stage for a high-stakes battle of wits and bravery.
