Blast (2021) unfolds in a tense Parisian parking lot scenario where Sonia, a seasoned bomb-disposal expert, finds herself in a dire situation. She is trapped in her car with her son and her boyfriend Fred's daughter, while Fred is left outside, unable to assist. The car is rigged with an anti-tank mine, and Sonia, who has just returned from a mission in Ukraine, must navigate this high-stakes scenario. With the lives of the children hanging in the balance, Sonia and her colleagues Igor and Camille, who rush to the scene, have a mere 30 minutes to defuse the bomb and unravel the mystery behind the mine's placement.
