A.R.C.H.I.E. (2016) follows the story of ISABEL SULLIVAN, a 15-year-old girl who relocates to a small town to reside with her uncle PAUL, the local mayor, after the tragic loss of her parents in a car accident. Struggling with loneliness and the absence of friends, Isabel forms an unlikely bond with a stray robot dog named ARCHIE. Unlike typical canines, ARCHIE possesses extraordinary abilities, including the power of speech, superhuman speed, immense strength, and x-ray vision. Isabel and ARCHIE quickly become inseparable, with Isabel teaching ARCHIE to behave like a normal dog while ARCHIE assists Isabel in integrating with the popular crowd. Most importantly, Isabel finds solace in confiding her parents' fate to ARCHIE, who, having never experienced family, finds a sense of belonging with Isabel. As the summer unfolds, complications arise.
