Bridge of Dragons (1999) follows the journey of the formidable and stoic mercenary, Warchild, who is bound by duty to the man who shaped his combat skills and raised him, the ambitious General Ruechang. Ruechang's scheme to seize control of the country involves marrying Princess Halo. However, Halo uncovers Ruechang's treachery, learning that he orchestrated her father's death to consolidate power. Determined to escape, Halo flees, and Warchild is tasked with recapturing her. In an unexpected twist, Warchild and Halo develop deep feelings for each other, leading them to unite against Ruechang's tyrannical forces.
