Victims of Impunity (The other genocide of Rwanda)
2019 · Documentary · 74 min. · Spain
After the Tutsi Genocide of 1994 in Rwanda, two million Hutu refugees fled to the DRC (former Zaire) for fear of the new Tutsi government of Paul Kagame. The Tutsi army decided to invade eastern Congo to persecute and exterminate them, causing another genocide documented by official reports but duly hidden to this day. The Tutsis settled in the neighboring country, with the help of their foreign accomplices, to exploit its wealth. 25 years later, a film rewrites the official history to uncover one of the best-hidden lies of our history and denounce the impunity of Rwanda's president, Paul Kagame.
