Waterloo Peterson, an ambitious youth from the country, decides to become a camera operator. He purchases a book guaranteed to teach all the ins and outs of that trade in four lessons. Fortune favors him and he applies for a position the same day that Clawson, the Smalleys' cameraman, is injured.
