Zebra Lounge (TV) (2001) follows the story of Alan and Wendy Barnet, a seemingly content upper-middle-class couple who find themselves in a romantic rut. Seeking to revitalize their sex life, they take the bold step of placing an advertisement in a swingers magazine. Among the numerous responses, they choose to meet Jack and Louise Bauer, a couple who appear to be quite similar to themselves. The initial encounter leads to an enjoyable evening of spouse-swapping, leaving the Barnets feeling liberated and ready to return to a monogamous lifestyle. However, the Bauers have different plans and are not as eager to let go of their newfound excitement.
