Craze (1974) follows the chilling tale of a disturbed art dealer and antique shop proprietor, portrayed by Jack Palance. This character engages in peculiar nightly rituals to venerate the African deity Chuku. He is convinced that by offering human sacrifices, Chuku will bestow upon him extraordinary riches and influence. His methods of sacrifice are notably inventive, including impalement, slashing, and burning, as well as terrifying victims to death with a menacing ooga-booga fright mask.
