Homicidal (1961) follows a mysterious woman who introduces herself as Miriam Webster. She offers a substantial sum to a bellboy to marry her, only to annul the marriage immediately after the ceremony. However, during the wedding, she fatally stabs the officiant and flees to Solvang, California. There, she works as a geriatric nurse under the name Emily. The real Miriam Webster becomes entangled in the chaos when Emily vandalizes her florist shop and begins to terrorize her life. As the investigation into the murder unfolds, a complex web of sexual identities and hidden family secrets comes to light.
