Love War (1960)

Il-yong and Yong-pal work together at a monthly magazine, Chunchusa. After failing to get an interview with Doctor Kim from the Space Science Research Institute, the job goes to two female reporters, Mary and Sun-ja. The Chunchusa president's daughter, Jeong-ae, is engaged to the son of the Dong-il Company's president, Yeong-sik (Yun Il-bong), but she likes reporter Nam-ho (Kim Jin-kyu) instead. Yeong-sik, who is a playboy, spikes Jeong-ae's drink and tries to take advantage of her. At that moment, Nam-ho, Yong-pal and Il-yong save her and Nam-ho takes her to his house to let her recover. Jeong-ae, who always liked him, confesses her love and Nam-ho turns away from her, saying he doesn't pursue women who are engaged. Angry at this remark, Jeong-ae starts a rumor that Nam-ho tried to seduce her and has him dismissed from the magazine. While reading mail from the magazine's readers, Sun-ja finds out about a girl named Geum-ok, whom Yeong-sik betrayed and left after she got pregnant. Sun-ja and Mary visit Jeong-ae and tell her about Geum-ok, and Jeong-ae thinks of a plan to reunite Geum-ok and Yeong-sik. On the day of the wedding between Yeong-sik and Jeong-ae, Geum-ok enters as the bride instead! After the wedding, Jeong-ae goes to Nam-ho and confesses her love to him and they come together. While fighting all the time, Yong-pal and Mary, and Il-yong and Sun-ja become couples, as well.
