Chato's Land (1972) follows the story of Pardon Chato, a half-Apache man portrayed by Charles Bronson, who is relentlessly pursued by a determined posse led by Joshua Everette, played by Jack Palance. The chase begins after Chato takes the life of a white sheriff. However, when members of Everette's posse brutally assault Chato's wife, Chato's response shifts dramatically. Instead of continuing to evade his pursuers, Chato turns the tables and embarks on a mission of vengeance, systematically tracking down each member of the posse to exact his retribution.
