Tibor Malkav, a man with serious communication problems, is been noticed his mother has cancer. No mater how speechless their relationship is, he hasn’t got more relatives. He promises he wouldn’t let her die. But the surgery is only made in Sweden and he can’t afford it. One day Cyclops introduces himself while sitting at the dinner table with Malkav offering a deal: he will pay the surgery if Malkav kills an unknown.
