Diamond Skulls (Dark Obsession) (1989) follows the story of Hugo, a wealthy man married to Ginny, who is consumed by jealousy and paranoia. Hugo's suspicions about Ginny's fidelity lead him to spy on her and even imagine her with another man. One fateful night, after a drinking session with his regiment, Hugo accidentally hits and kills a woman who resembles Ginny. His friends urge him to flee the scene, except for one. This incident sets off a psychological battle within Hugo's family and associates. Peter, Hugo's business partner, sees an opportunity to gain control over the family's estate by exploiting the cover-up. Meanwhile, Jamie, who is dating Hugo's sister, insists on reporting the incident to the police. As the police investigation intensifies, the family's loyalty is tested, and the power struggle reaches a critical point.
