Letters to Max

Letters to Max, in the shape of letters between the creator himself, Éric Baudelaire, and Maxim Gvinjia, former Foreign Affairs Minister of Abjasia, is the story of a friendship and at the same time an imaginative essay on the idea of nation and nationality. 74 letters sent during 74 days conform a script that, told in voice over, has Maxim Gvinjia as its main character. Abjasia is a paradox: it exists in a physical sense as it has borders, a government, a language and a flag, even if it has spent 20 years trying to be recognised by the international community.
