Busted (1997) unfolds in the tranquil summer haven of Amity, where the law enforcement is anything but ordinary. The town's police force is notorious for being the most unruly and eccentric on the Eastern Seaboard, especially since they moonlight as escorts. The local police station has ingeniously shifted crime from the streets into their jail, which now doubles as a brothel. However, the dynamics change dramatically when the town's mayor appoints Captain Mary Mae to lead the station. She quickly uncovers a whole new dimension to the phrase "vice squad.
