Devil Virus spreads in the world. It makes humans brutal and when it gets worse, humans become monster. Devil Virus Control Division is set up by the Metropolitan Police Department and the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare. Female investigator Miyako Shishin and a nurse Mikoto Tenma, who has an ability to transform into Lethal Angel, are paired to fight with humans who were affected by virus.
