Harley (1991) follows the journey of a troubled young man from Los Angeles who finds himself in a world of change after being sent to Texas. A compassionate social worker arranges for him to stay with the Nortons, a kind-hearted and open-minded Christian family, for a period of two months on their ranch. In this new environment, surrounded by a quirky small-town community, Harley takes on various ranch duties, learns the art of horseback riding, and forms a romantic connection with a local girl. The Nortons, with their unwavering support and faith, strive to guide Harley towards a better path. Over time, Harley makes a profound decision to let go of his past pain and embrace his faith, culminating in a dramatic moment where he calls upon divine intervention to save the life of the burglar who initially framed him.
