Gozu (2003) follows Minami, a loyal member of the Azamawari gang, who holds deep admiration for his Aniki (older brother) Ozaki, who once saved his life. However, Ozaki's recent peculiar behavior, such as his insistence that a Chihuahua is a 'Yakuza attack dog,' has raised concerns about his mental state. The Azamawari chairman, showing no tolerance for Ozaki's antics, secretly instructs Minami to transport Ozaki to a disposal facility in Nagoya. The journey takes a bizarre turn, involving violence, surreal encounters with locals, and an unexpected focus on mother's milk. The story culminates in the mysterious vanishing of Ozaki's body, leaving Minami in a frantic search to retrieve it.
