Ruiz is dead. Human Resources Department of pharmaceutical company Farewell-Gutmann has lost its committed director, still Lázaro, Adela and Fernando are not going to miss him. While the corpse is still warm, the devoted subordinates are going to run for their promotion. The relations between them will change forever when the eccentric executive Lúger arrives. The executive comes from the headquarters to choose who is going to lead the Department and to order things up.
