The Supreme Swordsman (1984) is a highly regarded addition to the extensive collection of Shaw Brothers martial arts films. In a twist of fate, Qin Wu Xin is easily vanquished by the Supreme Swordsman due to his inferior blade and vows to return with a more formidable weapon. After seeking guidance from his master and local residents, he learns about the Cold Eagle Sword, a secretive and powerful blade belonging to the enigmatic Black Magic Clan, of which he is a member. Enraged by his master's concealment of this information, Qin Wu Xin relentlessly pursues the elusive Cold Eagle Sword to achieve the victory he so desperately craves.
