The Toolbox Killer

In 1978 a dangerous friendship develops between two men in the California Men's Colony. Both inmates are violent criminals with a long history of psychological problems. They come together out of a shared desire to dominate, rape and torture women and begin to make plans to make their sadistic fantasies come true. In a matter of months, the men are released from prison and their brutal plan to torment and murder begins to take shape. Together they form a deadly alter ego that terrorizes Southern California with the most horrific acts of violence the area has ever seen.
