Mercedes (1998) follows the story of Esfandiar, who acquires a luxurious Mercedes to travel with due to his father's illness. However, he delays his journey to savor a day with the car, inviting his friends for a joyride. Throughout the day, they encounter various mishaps that ultimately lead Esfandiar to develop a strong dislike for the vehicle. In the morning, he sets the car ablaze, marking the end of his brief but eventful experience with the Mercedes.
