Singer-songwriters Rozalén and Marwan embark on a journey to try to answer the universal question: What is love? On this journey, five real couples receive therapy for six months to find each other again following the steps of the first international research in Spanish on couples that scientifically concludes that taking care of love improves mental health. Through this observational and scientific documentary we will discover ways to deal with couple conflicts through TFE (Emotion Focused Therapy), an intervention model with a success rate between 70 and 75%, developed 25 years ago by Sue Johnson, which systematically uses the theory of affective bonding between adults.
