Black Rose (1965) follows the dual lives of Chan sisters, Chan Meiling and Chan Meiyu, who are esteemed figures in Hong Kong's affluent circles. However, they harbor a secret identity as the Black Rose, a renowned cat burglar known for their daring heists in black leotards. The Black Rose targets the wealthy, redistributing the spoils to the less fortunate, embodying a modern-day Robin Hood. Despite their altruistic motives, the Black Rose's activities stir unrest and anxiety among the elite. Consequently, an insurance investigator is tasked with solving the crimes and exposing the identity concealed behind the cat mask.
