A 'visual social survey' of the dried up Santorini, its bony and malnourished inhabitants, and its lush tourists. Starring tourists, donkeys, and 'natives' hungry and full. And yet, fava beans - a nutritious food for the underdeveloped - and the powder of the pumice stone - a harmful 'substance' that infects, especially the sensitive lungs of donkey-cavalry.
