Fida (2004) revolves around the life of Jai, who encounters a captivating young woman named Neha and instantly falls deeply in love with her. Despite his relentless efforts, Jai's affections are unrequited, as Neha does not share his feelings. Driven to desperation, Jai attempts suicide, but his best friend intervenes, saving his life. This dramatic turn of events leads Neha to develop feelings for Jai. As their relationship deepens, Jai uncovers a dark secret: Neha is the daughter of a criminal, and her father owes a staggering 60 million to a notorious underworld figure. In a bid to protect Neha, Jai decides to secure the money for her, leading him down a dangerous path. He attempts to rob a bank but is lured into a trap by a computer hacker named Vikram. Neha, who had initially been supportive, betrays Jai and aligns herself with Vikram. The accounts hacked by Vikram belong to the underworld don, Babu Anna, who now pursues Jai relentlessly. Jai finds himself in a perilous situation, facing multiple threats and the consequences of his actions.
