After the Light

Marco, a film dealer from Marseille, arrives in a small village in a country at war. He has travelled there to get clandestine pictures of the killings and murders committed by the army in the war. To do this he has to take refuge in the home of David, his contact and a film restorer, who has to have get all the material ready in three days so that Marco can get it out of the country and take it back to France where he will make it public. Jesus, a painter and army deserter and Carla a young pregnant woman who sells drugs to the army to get by, live in the same building as Marco. All these characters intermingle in a spiral of catastrophic situations which make Marco into an eye-witness of all the real consequences of war in a country.
