Henry, general manager of a famous Parisian jeweler company shall pass a maharaja in Nice valuable jewelry. As the shrewed Yvette is stealing the jewelry from his pocket, his twin brother Harry comes to his aid, who has returned after five years from America. Harry is pretending to be Henry and doing just as if the jewelry is still in the bag. Soon the entire rogue stem of Paris is after him. Henry is now pretending he himself would steal the jewelry, and soon the whole police is after him. In a dilapidated estate between Nice and Monte Carlo they bring together their pursuers, so that the police can arrest the crooks. Of course, he also succeeds to return the jewelry to the Maharaj and in marrying the daughter of the jewelery company owner.
