My Lovely Girl (TV Series) (2014) follows the story of Lee Hyun-wook, portrayed by Rain, who serves as the CEO of a prominent talent agency specializing in the discovery and development of idols. Despite his outward appearance of being cold and detached, Hyun-wook is a gifted composer-producer with a warm and caring heart. His life is complicated by the lingering grief of his ex-girlfriend's death, which he witnessed three years prior. When Yoon Se-na, played by Krystal, the sister of his late ex-girlfriend, arrives in Seoul to pursue her dream of becoming a music composer, she crosses paths with Hyun-wook. He becomes instrumental in helping her achieve her aspirations. As Hyun-wook takes over the reins of ANA Entertainment from his father, Park Yeong-gyu, he faces numerous challenges and conflicts, balancing his role as president, managing trainees, company promotions, and his romantic life with Se-na. Through the healing power of music, they find solace and eventually fall in love.
