Hooray for Love (1935) follows the story of Doug Tyler, an ambitious young man aiming to make it big in the world of show business. His path crosses with that of Pat Thatcher, a talented singer, on two separate occasions, each time leaving a less-than-stellar impression. However, Pat's father, known as the Commodore, manages to persuade Doug to put up his family's ancestral home as collateral to fund a new production. When the producers vanish with Doug's investment, the fate of the show hangs in the balance. The trio must now scramble to find a solution that will save the production from imminent collapse.
