Synopsis of Eravamo bambini
Gianluca is a cop with a lot of anger inside and often comes to blows. Margherita is a journalist who gives herself to anyone in hasty, dead-end sexual encounters, and her younger brother, Andrea, is a drug addict willing to do anything to get a fix. Walter is a rock star and has a daughter he rarely sees after his divorce. And finally, Antonio is a letter carrier in a town where everyone considers him 'a bit weird'. One day Gianluca sends a text message to Margherita, Walter and Antonio saying: 'Tomorrow I'm going back to Calabria. I want to do it. Whoever is there, be there', inviting those who were his best friends when they were still twelve years old to relive a past that they all tried to forget, but that greatly influenced everyone's life.
