The Prostitutes of Lyon speak

In June 1975, two hundred female sex worker occupied Saint-Nizier Church in Lyon. They talk about their personal lives, their relationship to society, their working conditions and what they want. They testify as "women and mothers" and demand a cessation of the police, tax and social harassment that wiegh on their shoulders. Outside the church, video monitors broadcast debates for passers-by, mostly men.
