MIR is the name of the Soviet space station (which in Russian means 'peace'), but in Spain it is the acronym for Internal Medical Resident. This film describes the current situation of this group, their concerns when dealing with hospital practice, their journey throughout the five years of specialized training and their subsequent future in this economy that leads many of them to unemployment.
