L'événement le plus important depuis que l'homme a marché sur la lune (1973) follows Marco Mazetti, a driving instructor, who enjoys a peaceful life with his girlfriend Irène, a hairdresser, and their young son. Suddenly, Marco starts experiencing unexplained bouts of nausea. Following Irène’s doctor’s advice, Marco visits the renowned gynecologist Professor Chaumont, who reveals that Marco is four months pregnant. Initially disbelieving, Marco learns that Chaumont’s theory suggests modern medications and food processing are causing an evolutionary shift in humans, leading to men being able to give birth.
