Witch Bitch (1988) follows Mike Evans, the proprietor of the Starbody Health Spa, whose brother-in-law, David, has engineered a sophisticated computer system managing every facet of the club. A year prior, Mike's wife, Catherine, tragically took her own life by setting herself on fire. David, Catherine's twin, holds Mike responsible for her death and is further distressed by Mike's new romantic interest. Eerie occurrences begin to plague the gym, initially causing injuries but eventually leading to people vanishing. Mike enlists the help of a paranormal expert to unravel the mysteries.
