Ishi no mayu (TV Miniseries)

A murder takes places with the victim found cemented. The killer brazenly calls the police department to identify himself as Toremi and mock the detectives. Soon a second murder is discovered with the victim also cemented. Toko Kisaragi becomes Toremi's negotiator. She is a detective who just transferred to 11 Section of the 1st Investigation Division at the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. Her father was also a detective.
