R.U.R. (2025) follows the journey of a young activist who travels to the remote Rossum's Universal Robots island facility. Her mission is to liberate the robots from what she perceives as oppressive capitalist practices. However, her actions set off a chain of events that lead to unforeseen and devastating consequences. The film is inspired by the renowned 1920 play by Karel Čapek.
