Two very different brothers, the highly respectable policeman and family man Mads Schwartz and the dubious detective Andi Schwartz, meet again after many years without contact at Mads' first major case in the Berlin homicide. At the 40th birthday celebration, the wife of celebrity doctor Dr. Jasper died. According to Jasper's diagnosis, she died of an allergic shock, but Mads insists on further investigation. Soon he encounters more and more inconsistencies in the married life of Jaspers. Meanwhile, his brother Andi turns up at his house, who wants to intervene on his own in the case, as he still has a bill with the famous doctor .
