After their previous escapades, everything is quiet for Team Monster at Area Fifty-Something. That is, until Coverton, a telepathic alien arrives. He seems to have imprisoned the U.S. president but is actually making a peaceful deal. What the monsters, General Monger, and the President don't know is that Coverton is working for an evil alien who wants to take over the earth.
