The Gardener (2025) follows the story of Elmer, a man entangled in a life of contract killing alongside his domineering mother, La China Jurado. Following a traumatic accident that left him emotionally detached, Elmer's world takes an unexpected turn when he develops feelings for Violeta, a teacher he was initially tasked to eliminate.
