Con Express (2002) follows the narrative of Agent Brooks, who recounts a failed mission during a job interview for the position of Head of Customs in Alaska. Brooks receives intelligence about an impending shipment of biological weapons and uncovers a plot involving a Russian terrorist named Simeonov. Brooks gathers a team and heads to the docks to verify the information. A chaotic gunfight ensues, an undercover FBI agent is revealed, and a Russian agent, Natalya, arrives to assert jurisdiction over Simeonov. Despite Simeonov's arrest, he manages to escape during his transfer to Washington, leading to a high-stakes hijacking of a train carrying the stolen Russian nerve gas.
