After her father is critically injured in what appears to be a hunting accident, Maggie Boland returns to her hometown in the mountains of Colorado to await his recovery. But while there, the young woman discovers that his shooting was no accident. As she tries to unravel the mystery of why anyone would want to kill her father, Maggie must also face the terrifying secret that she's kept since childhood. Soon she realizes that coming to terms with her worst fear has placed her own life in danger.
