Two years later, the grieving Viktor has retired to a remote vacation home on an island in northern Germany. But a beautiful, unknown woman follows him there. She is tormented by delusions and hallucinations. In them a little girl keeps appearing to her, who has disappeared without a trace just as Josy once did. Viktor decides to help her, but the therapy will eventually turn into a terrifying nightmare.
