After a deadly epidemic has decimated the population, leaving only the few with a natural immunity; a young man, Marcus, finds himself alone in the ruins of society. He encounters a group of fellow survivors including a former classmate named Beth. Together, Marcus and Beth are forced to fight for their lives against dangerous adversaries in a desperate bid to find safety and civilization.In the process, they are pushed to their very extremes in order to survive in a violent and lawless world.
