NightScream (TV) (1997) follows the journey of Drew, a young woman who inexplicably finds herself driving to an unfamiliar small town while in a trance. A year prior, a woman named Laura, who bore a striking resemblance to Drew, was brutally murdered in the same town. The local community had long suspected Laura's boyfriend, Teddie, who vanished around the same time as the murder, to be the culprit. However, Drew begins to experience vivid dream sequences and trances that suggest a different narrative. As she delves deeper into the mystery, guided by more visions from Laura, Drew gradually unravels the truth behind the murders, revealing a web of secrets and deception.
