A Mulher do meu Amigo

In São Paulo, the lawyer, Thales, has been married to a wealthy and spoiled Renata for ten years. Her father, Augusto, is a powerful and amoral businessman who gave an excellent job position to his son-in-law at his law firm. Thales best friend is Rui, who is married to Pâmela and has three children, and tells everybody that his wife is a dumb person. During a weekend in the São Paulo countryside at Renata's fancy mansion, Thales has a breakdown and decides to quit working and stay in the house with Pâmela and her children. Renata and Rui, lovers for more than ten years, travel together back to São Paulo. Meanwhile Thales gets close to Pâmela and they have one night stand. Renata and Rui return to the house and she lies to Thales, telling him that Rui brought her back from Augusto's office. Things get even more complicated when Augusto calls.
