Ultimate Desires (1991) follows Samantha Stewart, a prosperous public defender whose world is abruptly upended when a prostitute named Vicki is ejected from a limousine and lands at Samantha's feet. Vicki quickly passes a brooch to Samantha before vanishing, only to be found deceased the following day. Samantha becomes entangled in a global conspiracy aimed at retrieving the brooch and silencing her permanently. To unravel the enigma and ensure her survival, Samantha opts to disguise herself as a prostitute, but will this strategy be sufficient?
