My Stupid Boss (2016) presents a comedic tale of a chaotic workplace and the eccentric leader who runs it. Bossman (Reza Rahadian), an Indonesian entrepreneur, operates a sprawling yet chaotic company in Kuala Lumpur. The root of the company's disorganization is Bossman himself, whose management philosophy is centered around the belief that "Bossman Is Always Right." This means that whatever Bossman desires, he expects to be executed immediately. His second principle, "Impossible We Do, Miracle We Try," further complicates the workplace dynamics. Amidst this chaos, Diana, Bossman's secretary, struggles to keep the company afloat. She faces constant challenges due to her boss's erratic behavior, testing her patience and good judgment daily.
