Walt Disney's Mickey Mouse: The Chain Gang (S) (1930) follows the adventures of Mickey Mouse as he finds himself incarcerated and forced to work on a rocky prison detail under the watchful eye of the stern jailer, Pegleg Pete. During a chaotic prison uprising, Mickey seizes the opportunity to break free. However, his escape is short-lived as he is relentlessly pursued by the jail guards' hounds. In a twist of fate, Mickey hops onto a pair of eccentric horses, which ultimately lead him back to the prison in an unexpected and rough manner.
