Time is 1975. Fumiko Omine who lives in Kobe city is a girl of elementary school sixth grader, and is called "mother" from the surroundings. My father suddenly became unstable in the mental state six months ago and was diagnosed with psychosomatic disease. Fuuko's mother runs a mass restaurant called "Tonno Fu Okyutei", where people from Okinawa gather as regulars. One of them brings a kiyoshi boy who was originally from Okinawa and thrown away by her mother to the store. However, Kiyoshi disappears by stealing the opponent 's money so that such good intentions are absent. When Furuko handed out windmills in customs of Okinawa to regulars, Mr. Rok who lost one hand by group self-determination of the battle of Okinawa gripped the windmill and sobs. Furuko recalls that his father murmured when he was having a seizure saying "the fool is killed." Father's doctor said, "Because there seems to be various things in Okinawa, it seems to be the cause," Furuko heard about Okinawa. However, my father is also forced to worry about his surroundings, and he loses his own life.
